What's included in a private office?
Every private office comes furnished with a desk and chair, or you can bring your own and decorate as you wish. You get glass doors, large windows for natural light, 24/7 keyless access, high-speed Wi-Fi, conference room access, kitchen and break room use, mail handling, and free parking.
Is there a security deposit?
No. Sota Workspaces does not require a security deposit. Just your first month's rent to get started.
Can I use the conference room?
Yes - private office tenants have conference room access included in their monthly rate at no additional charge.
What lease terms are available?
Month-to-month is available for maximum flexibility. Longer-term leases are also available if you prefer a more stable arrangement.
Which floor should I choose?
The main floor offers larger corner offices and closer proximity to the lobby and conference room. The upper floor has more office options with great views of the atrium from above. Tours show both - come see what feels right.
What's the largest available office?
Suite #208 on the upper level is 22×19 feet (418 sq ft) at $1,200/month - ideal for larger teams or businesses that need extra room.
